Started and built the Utah Enterprise Institute, a highly successful
executive seminar program for the University of Utah College of Business with
Dr. George S. Odiorne. Taught classes in economics in the College of Social Sciences,

training 650 examiners of financial institutions, coordinating the training
and organizational development through twelve regional training directors
(each at GS-13 or 14). Entered as GS-11, rose to fulfilling a GS-15 position,
youngest in US Civil Service at the time, holding these levels of
responsibility.
