L. Allan Austin
Allan Austin is a business and strategic development executive consultant. In 2007, he directed a series of 11 financial investment studies that produced nearly 1,000 pages of critical findings covering 15 industries in 63 countries for a GCC investment house. This effort engaged 68 world class expert consultants.
He is a recognized and accredited performer on the global speaking platform. At last count, he has worked in over 100 countries. Born in Beijing, he has lived in both Asia and Europe, each for over a decade. His participant feedback sheets have been above the 90th percentile for over three decades. After 9/11 he enabled web collaboration tools to work with executives and their teams globally to work together – apart!

Mr. Austin brings a global perspective to his clients. He is adept at collaboration, directing financial investment projects, facilitating executive discussions to produce new breakthrough thinking, and helping businesses better use technology to achieve business goals.
He has gained broad experience having held several senior level positions including CEO in both service and manufacturing enterprises, from banking and consulting to software. Earlier in his career, he held a professorship and taught both at the Graduate School of Social Work and the Graduate School of Business at the University of Utah.
